Model Air Vallejo. Set FRENCH CAMO COLORS (PRE-WAR & WWII). The French Army did not have exact colour charts, we know some shades and their names from written records, such as Bleu and Vert Olive Mat, used before WWII, or somewhat undefined names such as Vert Olive reglamentaire or Vert Armée. Their camouflage schemes, used on tanks, trucks, light vehicles and even artillery pieces, were elaborate and achieved the disruptive effect, sometimes combining up to five shades, with positive results. Later, in the 1930s, four other shades, Vert Olive Mat 2, Ochre Jaune, Brun (a reddish-brown shade) and Vert Claire, are seen.
