Sennelier Rive Gauche, named after the south bank of Paris, the area of artists, intellectuals, musicians, teachers and students of the French capital. A true symbol of pictorial modernism, it was created as a replacement for the fine Sennelier paint, and dries twice as fast as traditional oil paint, without losing its essential characteristics, and also allows work to be carried out on fresh areas. This oil colour is twice less yellowing because it uses safflower for its 60 colours, which is 50% less yellowing than traditional linseed. Rive Gauche uses new pigments which effectively replace traditional cadmiums, with an opacity and luminosity equivalent to the mineral tone. It is available in 60 colours of 40 ml - 56 colours of 200 ml 52 opaque colours | 6 semi-opaque colours | 2 transparent colours | 4 iridescent colours.
