Schmincke Watercolour Binder. 200ml. Ready to Use. Used to bind pure pigments to create your own colours, it contains ox gall and gum arabic which offer greater permanence. It is balanced in composition for use in mixing with colours and must be quality pigments for professional shade making.
The Schmincke Binder is added in a pigment scoop with a small amount of product, and the amount in the mixture will depend on the pigment to be mixed. To arrive at a suitable mixture with an optimum consistency, start with two parts binder to one part pigment. The Schmincke binder is perfect for creating your own colours, stable and with optimal saturation and lightfastness.
