Liquitex inks uses high quality pure pigments. Our pigments are processed using the latest basket bead mill technology, where small reinforced ceramic beads provide fine dispersion, high colour development, strength and gloss. No fast fading dyes, just true colour purity and archival stability in an ultra-fluid acrylic vehicle.
Liquid acrylic inks can be used in many ways: Airbrushing? Torritorial? Pen and ink? A pure wash of colour? Acrylic ink is perfect for use straight from the bottle in any way you like. As our lowest viscosity colour, the ultra-fluid formula is ideal for thin, flowing applications and techniques. Add a professional medium for further fine-tuning.
Each pigment has its own unique natural character and this dictates its opacity. Among the 30 ink colours, you will find a selection of opaque, semi-opaque and transparent colours, all shown on the label, to help you achieve a variety of effects.
